Discounted Medical Solutions is a Discounted Medical Plan Organization, currently applying for licensure in the state of Florida. As a functioning DMPO, Discounted Medical Solutions has found its niche with a specific payment model, focusing primarily on ambulatory service centers and outpatient surgeries.

Client Challenges
The founder of DMS approached Commercial Ink with a solid concept and experience in the industry. The company required a full branding package as well as a marketing strategy and plan that would need state approval. In addition, the plan would require extensive research and analysis of history, legalities, demographics, etc.

Our Solution
Commercial Ink first conducted research on the industry, indirect and direct competitors, buying decision, and virtually every other component of a strategic marketing plan. During this process, the team suggested various strategies and combinations of strategies to DMS, before deciding on one. The strategic plan and research were compiled into a document to be provided to the state of Florida regulatory committee for approval of Discounted Medical Solutions as a "discount medical plan organization".

Commercial Ink also offered strategy and consultation on the initial branding as well as the website development and all content and copy for marketing materials.

The Result
Discounted Medical Solutions is currently in the application process for state licensure as a DMPO. Once a license is issued, Commercial Ink will move forward with Phase II marketing in which the plan will be distributed to its target audience.
